The RCIC - Galina Garkova

Immigration is not just a process — it’s a life transition. It involves risk, hope, fear, planning, and the future of entire families. My work is rooted in understanding that reality, not just managing applications.

For more than 15 years, I have worked within Canadian universities, supporting international students and families as they navigate complex systems, major decisions, and high-stakes transitions. I continue to work in this environment today, which keeps me closely connected to how immigration policies function in real-world situations — not just how they appear on paper.

Having lived in both Ontario and British Columbia, I understand the practical differences between provinces and the realities of settling in different parts of Canada. This allows me to offer guidance that goes beyond forms and timelines, and focuses on long-term stability and integration.

I am a fully licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). I am committed to delivering ethical, reliable, and high-quality immigration services, grounded in professionalism and care. My work is not about volume — it is about doing things properly, responsibly, and with respect for the lives behind every application.

What we do

Understand your options clearly

So you can make informed decisions, not guesses.

Prepare stronger applications

Your information is organized clearly and presented properly.

Avoid costly mistakes

Small errors, missing documents, or unclear explanations can lead to delays or refusals.

Navigate complex rules and requirements

Without feeling overwhelmed or confused.

Canadian immigration is complex, detailed, and constantly changing. While it’s possible to apply on your own, many people choose to work with an RCIC for clarity, guidance, and peace of mind.

An RCIC is a licensed professional, regulated by a governing body, and legally authorized to provide immigration advice and representation. This means you’re working with someone who is trained, accountable, and required to meet professional and ethical standards.

Working with an RCIC isn’t about handing everything over — it’s about having trusted guidance through an important life decision.

Immigration affects your future, your family, and your stability. Having the right support can make the journey clearer, calmer, and more confident.

Have professional support

From someone who understands both the system and the process.
